Membership is ongoing unless we hear from you otherwise and you will be charged from 1st January each year. Of course we would be pleased if members don't cancel their membership, but if for any reason you need to do so you must give us one month’s notice by e-mail. If you cancel after 1st January (i.e. if you tell us later than 1st December the previous year), you must then pay pro rata for a part-year of membership between that date and 1 month following your notice. So, for example, if you tell us on 1 January that you do not wish to renew your membership you will be requested to pay from 1st January to 1st Febrary – 1/12 of the annual. Your membership cannot be closed until this is paid. We do not refund a part year membership.
